2010 Gang Show Audition Form

Please note the following when applying to Audition for the 2010 West Wirral Scout and Guide Gang Show.-

•  
Cubs, Scouts & Explorer Scouts must be a member of West Wirral or Wallasey Districts, Brownies, Guides and Ranger Guides must be in Arrowbrook, Deeside or West Guide Divisions, Network Members must be registered with Merseyside County Scout Network
•  
If successful, I understand that all cast members are committed to Sunday afternoon rehearsals starting in January 2010
•  
Photographs of cast members may be used in the Programme and for other publicity materials.
•  
It is a requirement that all cast members are 9yrs old at the time of the performance, therefore all cast members must have been born BEFORE the 7th April 2001
•  
Applications MUST be received by the 29th October 2009, late applications will not be accepted.
•  
A Separate Application form is required for each person applying to be a member of the 2010 Gang Show cast, please do not add more than one person to each form.

Extra copies of this form are available from your leaders and from this website.
